or equivalent - Duties :
Pilot with 200 units. Image Installation. De-installation of devices. Installation of monitors, desktop and KVM switches. - Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Needs to interact with the Customer Site Contact.
- Installs and de-installs devices such as monitors, desktops and KVM Switches.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualification:
- 4 5 years of experience with at least a CompTIA A
certification or at least 6 years of experience. - Must be able to lead team of technicians and act individually to complete service events.
- Experienced in managing subordinate technicians including escalating and resolving issues as they arise.
- Individual should understand Statements of Works requirements and recognize cost impacts of operational matter.
- Proven project experience utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies.
- Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and script.
- Possesses proven customer service background.
- Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions and scripts
- Must have the ability to lift up-to 50lbs.
- Must be able to be on your feet ALL DAY and include up to walking the entire building, walking to different buildings and up and down stairs.
Desired Qualification:
- MCP, MCSE, CNE or Network
certification is a plus. - Certification in various hardware platforms may optionally be required for servicing hardware issues.
